My New Photography Obsession

As I've mentioned in other posts, I've recently become interested in photography as an artistic discipline, and have been trying to take some good pictures. Here are a few taken on July 4th and 5th, in various places. When looking for shots, I try to find texture -- angles that provide multiple layers of stuff to see -- so try to look for that as you look at the photos; make sure you look at the stuff in the foreground as well as the background:
